Bobo Benefit

Joe will do xeroxable flyer. Coordinated paper supplies and food. For tabling need - panmphlets, directory, books. Kim will bring books. Scott and Kila will make member pkts and receipt bks.

Seedling Swap

We need tables and chairs for the orientation at 3:30 and potluck starting @ 1. Kila will get bathrooms open.

Printed Directory

Talked about layout. Scott brought a sample 15 pgs long. Joe suggests a zine or tabloid format. Changing format could save space. Scott will get directory to have columns. Joe may reformat on case by case basis. We'll be able to print them with and without contact info. Thinking we should do a big directory a few times/year and then monthly update sheets.

Outreach

May is outreach month. Need an organizing mtg.

Parking Lot

Need to be sure everyone is credited. Maybe do a creation story on the website?
