Notes
Orientation
We had @ 8 new people sign up. We need more member packets - Kila is working on forms. We also need to fix the typo in the receipt bks. it should say member name rather than membe name. Kila created an orientation checklist which helped keep orientation focused and no longer than 1 hr. Folks should go thru it and give her any suggestions.
Newsletter
Kila will compile newsletter and send it out this week via email.
Upcoming Events
Bobo Benefit
Joe made more flyers. Still waiting for the email version. Scott will call him about this. We will be getting the conscious party feature in the Mtn Xpress. Scott and Kila will bring a table to bobo for the orientation and tabling. Joe has put up some flyers downtown. Kim will contact Julie and Eli about making food for the benefit. Kim will be bringing one or more dips. Scott and Kila will bring a cookie platter. Joe said he'd make something as well.
Seedling Swap
We need tables and chairs for the orientation and potluck.
Printed Directory
It will be easy to print once scott has time. For now, we'll print all listings and in the future we'll decide if we need to limit them. We need to work on making the system as usable for paper acct users as email users.
Legal
Kim met with liabilities lawyer and got lots of info (see separate notes). Kila is working this into the forms. Kim will bring an example of an indemnification clause next week to see if LETS wants one.
Outreach
We need a mtg to focus on outreach once the print directory is out.
Parking Lot
A few items were tabled for future discussion: whether kids should be in the system whether to limit entries in print directory
