== Soft Launch! ==

Welcome to the Asheville LETS Soft Launch! An email has been sent to you from
no-reply@ashevillelets.org containing your username and password. Log in to
check out what's on the website, update your directory listings and start
trading!

If you did not receive your account setup email, check your spam folder to make
sure it wasn't filtered out (add no-reply@ashevillelets.org to your address
book to avoid this problem in the future). If you still can't find this email,
contact help_ashevillelets.org for assistance.

The Soft Launch is a preliminary period in which a small group of people
(including you!) start trading while the system is refined and documentation is
finalized. The organizers of Asheville LETS would appreciate any feedback you
have on the ease of use of the website, forms, etc. Your feedback will help us
to make the system as clear and efficient as possible for the public launch
this Spring. We expect to run into some bugs during this period, so please bear
with us as we strive to perfect the system for the big launch.

Email help_ashevillelets.org if you run into any problems or have any other
feedback to offer. This will assist us in making the system the best that it
can be.


== Add Your Offers & Wants ==

If you have not yet submitted your Offers and Wants for the system directory,
please do so as soon as possible. You may add, remove or modify your directory
listings by logging into ashevillelets.org and going to the 'Edit Offers &
Wants' page (see ashevillelets.org/listings/edit).


== Video Tutorial ==

There will be a short video available on the website within a few days which
will help you learn how to use your online account. Keep an eye on the front
page for a link! Most of the features are fairly self-explanatory, even without
the tutorial. There will be a more detailed explanation of using the web system
at the next orientation, and documentation will be written for the Help
Directory (see wiki.ashevillelets.org/index.php/Help:Contents).


== New Member Orientation ==

If you know people who are interested in becoming members during the Soft Launch
period, there will be monthly orientations listed on our website. Details of the
next workshop:

  Reid Center Media Room 133 Livingston St, Asheville

We will set a date for the public launch in the near future. The public launch
will happen in late spring or early summer, at which point we expect the
membership to explode. We appreciate your help in supporting Asheville LETS by
participating in the Soft Launch!
